Despite being near a road causing some noise, the hotel rooms were clean, bright, and recently decorated. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing excellent service. While the location was not ideal being along a dual carriageway, the hotel still offered convenient access to Gibraltar and Algeciras harbor. The dining experience had its limitations but was acceptable. Overall, a mixed experience balancing comfort with some noise issues.
